Patrol Testing on September 25, 2024. ECSO is currently hiring patrol officers. The salary after training is $70,150, with lateral transfers getting 1:1 for years of experience in law enforcement on our pay scale. Specialty pay up to 2.5% over the base rate and overtime available.

Individuals interested in joining ECSO’s Patrol Division must first fill out an application on joinecso.com. Applicants will hear from ECSO if they have been approved for Patrol Testing.

Patrol Testing will be on September 25, 2024, in the Corrections Large Training Room at 5:30 PM. The process will begin with the physical agility testing, and applicants must pass the law enforcement academy exit standards to be considered. The written testing will then immediately follow at the law enforcement center, Patrol Large Training Room, for those who will move on based upon the agility testing.
