Corrections Employment Testing

The first step in applying is to fill out an application.
APPLY NOWNext, attend a Testing Session (includes both physical ability and a written test). Those who pass the testing portion will be interviewed a few days following.
DUTIES: Corrections Officers perform intake and release functions, floor monitoring, serving at the control counter, preparing and filing reports, supervision of inmates, and other related functions. This is an entry-level position. Successful candidates have the opportunity to advance through a career development program within the Sheriff’s Office.
